Delivery policy (shipping and handling) Top
For all deliveries, domestic or international, Health N Beyond uses Australia Post. We therefore ask customers to please allow for normal postage times for delivery and an extra day for larger parcels.
All parcels will be delivered to the ‘delivery address’ as provided in your account set-up. Goods will be dispatched as soon as payment has been processed.
Parcels will be plain and unmarked for privacy and security purposes. Upon receipt of delivery, a signature will be required, hence we recommend a work address be provided in addition to home address, if it is expected that no one will be present at home during working hours to receive the goods.

International deliveries
Shipping and delivery cost to orders outside of Australia will charged at cost.
Overseas customers should allow 7 to 10 working days to receive delivery. Please note, that residents outside Australia must check with their local customs services to make sure that there are no special requirements for importing health supplements into their country or state before ordering. These requirements may include import duties or taxes.

Return policy Top
Faulty or defective goods
Only faulty, damaged or otherwise defective products can be returned for replacement or credit at Health n Beyond’s discretion, which must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. All returns must be in the original box with all packing materials, accessories, and UPC (bar) code on the box intact. Health n Beyond reserves the right to reject any packages that is suspected to have been used or do not meet any of the above criterias and/or impose 15% handling fee.

Damaged in delivery:
We make every effort to safely secure and deliver all packages, but we understand that sometimes stock can be damaged during the delivery process.
If your order arrives damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, make sure carrier’s delivery record is noted regarding the damage, in order for Health n Beyond to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Health n Beyond within 24 hours to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

Our fault
Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of Health n Beyond eg different to description on website, will be replaced at no charge to the customer or fully refunded, which ever the case may be.
Refund
You may return an item for refund or credit if:

Request for refund is received by Health n Beyond within 7 days of shipment, which must be accompanied with a copy of our receipt or invoice as proof of purchase; and
*
The goods to be returned remain unopened in its original condition (unless due to fault of Health n Beyond or the product is faulty or defective as described above) and posted back to our warehouse.

Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable in any circumstance.
*
All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip.
Cost of Refund
Please note however, the following additional costs will be incurred:

Shipping charges can only be refunded in the case of an error made by Health n Beyond, which does not include faulty or defective goods, goods damaged in delivery or any other refunds, therefore the customer will bear the delivery costs of returning the goods to us. We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using insured mail for returns as we cannot be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse; and

Health n Beyond will charge a 15% administration and restocking fee to effect all refunds
Refunds cannot be given in any other circumstances.
How to claim return or refund

Complete and submit a ‘request for return/refund form’, for which we will approve or reject within 48 hours;

Upon approval, a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) will be issued by email;
*
Returned goods must be received at our warehouse within 7 days from the day of receiving your return stock authorisation.

Each RMA will have a unique Return Merchandise Authorisation Number, which you must write on the outside of the package you wish to return. If an RMA number is not listed on the outside of your return, it will be refused by our returns department and mailed back to you.

Return the goods to our warehouse and attach the RMA.

Update your account information
Registered customers can view and alter their information by logging in with their username and password and accessing their account information. The information includes addresses, and past orders. Other than the customer, access to this information can only be performed by Health n Beyond and only for the purposes mentioned above. Access to this information is recorded by log files to track unauthorised access and modifications.
Remove customers’ information from Health n Beyond database
If at any stage an customer would like their information removed from our database, we require an email with the username, password and identifying information and the patients file will be deleted from our records. Please send to: info@healthnbeyond.com.au

More than 99% of our customers pay for purchases using our highly secure and safe website (see security and privacy policy). Simply complete your shopping cart order procedures, when you come to the “Payment” page, you will be asked “How would you like to pay?” – select “Pay by credit card online”. From here provide billing and credit card details as prompted. These details are NOT kept on file and the site is secure so you can be sure you are purchasing from a safe environment.
By Mail or Fax
If you do not wish to enter your credit card details online, you may fax or mail us your credit card information by following the following procedures:

Payment for the products will be made by credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method offered by Health n Beyond, namely bank cheque, money order or pay by Australia Post, unless credit terms have been agreed to by Health n Beyond, purchase orders will not be processed until payment is received and approved. If a credit card is declined constantly we reserve the right to charge administration fees as much time is spent phoning customers and orders are delayed. Health n Beyond cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards. Health n Beyond may invoice parts of an order separately. Any quotations given by Health n Beyond will be valid for the period stated on the quotation.
Orders;. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Shipping: Delivery by normal post takes 1-6 days within Australia and 2-3 weeks for overseas orders. However, deliveries may vary depending on availability of stock at time of ordering. Every effort is made to deliver on-time, however, we take no responsibility on any delays that may occur due to Australia Post’s or Custom’s behalf. No responsibility will be taken for breakages that may occur during delivery, although every care is taken to package products for transit.
Shipping Charges; Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on Health n Beyond’s invoice(s). For Large Orders & Remote locations, we reserve the option to charge increased postage for large orders with low margin heavy products. For some postcodes in the remote regions of NT and WA we may have to charge extra postage.
Taxes. International Customers are responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order that is applicable to their country of delivery destination. Residents outside Australia must check with their local customs services to make sure that there are no special requirements for importing health supplements into their country or state before ordering. These requirements may include import duties or taxes. Health n Beyond will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. Health n Beyond will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are siezed at your local customs office. If you are unsure of your country’s import policies, please check with them before ordering. Additionally, when ordering from Health n Beyond (healthnbeyond.com.au) you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Domestic Customers are liable to pay Australian Goods & Services Tax of 10%, which will show as a separate charge for taxes on Health n Beyond’s invoice.
Title; Risk of Loss. Title to products passes from Health n Beyond to Customer on shipment from Health n Beyond’s facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Health n Beyond is Health n Beyond’s responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer’s responsibility.
